Refund policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, products are covered by our 2-year warranty: we will repair or exchange the item, but returns for refund are no longer available.

Conditions. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start the return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, in optimal condition.

Return shipping costs. If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping.

Refunds. Once we receive the item, our technical team validates it within a maximum of 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 2–3 business days; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 72 additional hours to appear on your statement.
