This website is operated by Pelamatic S.L. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

Products and pricing. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are illustrative; minor variations may occur.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Warranty. All appliances include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear of consumable parts (blades, rollers).

Cookies. This site uses its own and third-party cookies: technical cookies necessary for the site to function, analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site, and preference cookies to remember your settings. Session cookies expire when you close the browser; persistent cookies remain for the period defined in each cookie. You can configure or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Spanish and applicable EU law; mandatory consumer protections of the customer's state of residence remain unaffected.
